৩। অনুবাদ কর– ডেনেদের বিজ্ঞ রাজা Canute ইংলন্ডের রাজা হইয়াছিলেন। মৎস্য বেঙ এবং সরীসৃপগণের রক্ত ঠান্ডা বলিয়া তাদের চামড়া অনাবৃত (naked)। থারমোমিটারের পক্ষে সর্ব্বোৎকৃষ্ট তরল পদার্থ হচ্ছে পারা। শরীরের সমস্ত রক্ত সরু সরু শিরার মধ্য দিয়া প্রবাহিত হয়। সমস্ত পদার্থই জলে ডুবাইলে ওজনে বাড়িয়া যায়।
৪। Conversation – যে-কোন একটি বাক্য (sentence) লইয়া পূর্ব্বের ন্যায় কথাবার্তা কহিতে হইবে।
[ পূর্ব্ব পাঠে যে প্রকার কর্ত্তার বিশেষণ দেখান হইল, তাঞ্চ ছাড়া একটি পুরা বাক্যও কর্ত্তৃপদের বিশেষণ হইতে পারে। যথা–

The letter which you have written is long. The books which you have given to my brother are good. The essay that you want is short.
